The Porsche Carrera Cup GB will benefit from in-house technical support from March as the expansion of the Motorsport Department was announced.
Ranging from technical support to all engine and gearbox rebuilds the new service will run from Porsche Cars GB headquarters in Reading and be present at all Carrera Cup GB race weekends and test sessions.
“This is an important step for our Motorsport Department,” said Andy Goss, MD of Porsche Cars GB. “We are investing in the infrastructure and personnel required to provide a first class service for all of our racing customers.”
The department will also provide support for the new Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge in a demonstration of Porsche’s on-going support to British Motorsport.
