Scott Malvern is set to cap off his sensational 2011 season by taking the 2011 Dunlop MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britian title next weekend at Donington Park. The Jamun Racing driver is in line to become the team's seventh consecutive Formula Ford champion, adding to his four EuroCup wins this season and his new records for most wins in a season and most consecutive wins.

22 year old Malvern doesn't need to produce any race-winning heroics to seal the championship. Heading into the meeting with a 96 point advantage, he only needs to leave Donington with 93 points over his title rivals to secure the title. Malvern will be looking to take more wins though, adding to his fifteen from the eighteen races so far this season, of which he secured thirteen consecutively.

Looking to wrestle the spotlight from him will be his Dutch team-mate Jeroen Slaghekke and Finnish ace Antti Buri, the duo currently level on points in the standings in second place, with LMS-Geva Racing's Buri the only non-Jamun runner challenging towards the top of the standings.

Also looking to feature on the podium will be Jamun driver Nick McBride, as he looks to remain in contention for second in the points, as well as JTR regulars Tristan Mingay, Dan de Zille and Geoff Uhrhane, the trio joined for the Donington rounds by series newcomer Max Marshall.

Another title set to be secured at Donington Park is the Scholarship Cup, which is certain to go to local driver Cavan Corcoran, having taken fourteen wins already this season, twelve with Getem Racing and two with his new team, Cliff Demsey Racing.
