V8 Supercars fans got their first glimpse at the new livery scheme for Shane van Gisbergen’s Stone Brothers Racing 2012 challenger yesterday.

The New Zealander chose to break away from convention and reveal the new look uploaded images of the SBR SP Tools Racing Ford Falcon on to the SP Tools YouTube page.

Van Gisbergen heads into his fifth year in the V8 Supercars championship off the back of his best season date which saw him placed fourth last year.

The SP Tools Falcon will be seen in the flesh for the first time at the official test day at Sandown this weekend.
