Next year’s Motorsport at the Palace event will take place on the Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday of May 26-27.
The centre-piece of the event is the sprint time trial around the narrow, twisting parkland course with drivers of both modern and historic racing machinery vying for the best time of the weekend. The cars – and drivers – that will run in competition will occupy an open paddock, offering a chance to get close to the cars and the people who know them best.
Away from the competition the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club will be displaying an array for historic two-wheeled machinery while the Kleers Show & Shine concourse will make sure that some eye-catching cars appear at their best for the visitors to the event.
By popular demand Diggerland returns for the 2013 event , offering entertainment for the entire family. The event continues to expand with the Kit Car Village – supported by KitCar Magazine – new for May’s fourth edition.
Having raised over £3,500 last year Motorsport at the Palace, will continue to support a pair of local charities – Royal London Society for Blind People and St Christopher’s Hospice.
Advanced ticket sales will begin in the new year, priced at £8. Closer to the event adult ticket prices are £10, with children under 16 getting free entry when accompanied by an adult.
