Klaus Graf set the fastest time of the second day of testing at Sebring International Racing, lapping the 3.74 mile circuit in 1:47.789 for Muscle Milk Pickett Racing.

Graf, who will share the HPD ARX-03c with Romain Dumas and Lucas Luhr in this weekend’s race was the fastest man by seven tenths ahead of the #1 Audi R18 e-tron quattro which made its first appearance of the week on track after only the #2 ran on Monday to open proceedings. Rebellion Racing’s #13 was third fastest, through 2.4 seconds down on Graf’s pace.

The DeltaWing recorded a best time of 1:58.505.

After only Greaves Motorsport set a lap time for the class on Monday the LMP2 – comparatively – exploded into life with both Level 5 Motorsports and Extreme Speed Motorsports entries joining the action. It was the Level 5 pair who led the class, the #055 heading #95 in sixth and seventh overall in the afternoon session.

The team were also one of just three teams to set a competitive lap time in the hour long morning session, though most teams opted to stay off track in wet conditions.

The #97 Aston Martin Racing Vantage set the fastest lap of the day from the GT class on its 19th and final lap, just before a red flag ten minutes from the end of the session, brought out by the #1 Audi running out of fuel soon after it began a new lap. The Corvette Racing teams – the fastest on the opening day of testing were third and fourth in class, with the #93 SRT Viper second fastest.

TRG led a typically closely contested session in GTC, the #66 leading a top four covered by less than two tenths of a second.

DragonSpeed Mishumotors were fastest in LMPC, nearly a half second faster than BAR1 Motorsports two cars in the class.
