Gunn Forced To Miss Remainder Of F4 Campaign

1 Mins read

BRDC Formula 4 Championship race-winner Ross Gunn has announced he will be sitting out the remainder of the 2013 season.

Gunn has enjoyed a superb maiden season in car-racing, the karting graduate picking up two wins with Motionsport, following up a win at Oulton Park in July with a success last time out at Silverstone.

The 16 year old announced on his twitter feed yesterday though that he will be missing the remaining rounds of the season.

Gunn (@RossGunnRacing) tweeted: “Unfortunately won’t be racing again this season! Thanks a lot to Motionsport, they have been fantastic! Concentrating on next year!”

The reigning British Super One Junior Rotax champion will miss the rounds at Snetterton this weekend and the championship finale at Donington Park at the end of the month.
