Taylforth Teams With HHC For Junior Campaign

1 Mins read

William Taylforth has become the latest driver to commit to the 2014 Ginetta Junior Championship with HHC Motorsport.

The Blackpool-based racer made his series debut in the final three rounds of 2013 at Rockingham, Silverstone and Brands Hatch with HHC’s satellite team, Junior Race Car Academy.

The 15 year old followed up a top ten finish in only his third race with a strong performance in the end-of-year ATL Racing Fuel Cells Ginetta Junior Winter Series, taking more top ten results.

“I had a great time being a part of the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2013 and I am really looking forward to competing for the duration of the whole season in 2014. My goal is to be consistent and above all, to win,” said Taylforth.

“Will has been part of the HHC team since the mid-point of last season, and did great job progressing his ability against the more experienced drivers,” added HHC co-founder Charlie Kemp. “I think Will – with the test program we have in place and how he has been improving – should be able to challenge for the rookie championship from the first round.”
