9. Jamie Chadwick
After a huge learning experience during her maiden car-racing campaign with Ginetta Scholarship backing last season, Chadwick returns to the Ginetta Junior Championship this year with a title challenge in her sights.
While top-end results didn’t come her way during the main 2013 campaign, Chadwick showcased her front-running potential during the season-ending Winter Series at Snetterton, taking two pole positions and two podium finishes over the weekend.
Those results, plus some positive pre-season testing, means confidence is high for the 15 year old as she heads into a year in which she hopes to follow in the footsteps of her Scholarship winning predecessors and become a Ginetta title contender in her sophomore season.
While a number of second year drivers taking to the Junior grid this year means it’s sure to be a tough, competitive fight at the front of the field, Chadwick will be right in the battle in her JHR Developments-prepared G40J and has a great chance of being a contender for the title.
