Welcome to our live coverage of the final British Touring Car Championship race from Croft.
This page will update automatically throughout the race.
Right then. Everybody got their breath back? Penalties galore, Neal excluded for ride height infringement and Plato given a ten place grid drop for the Menu incident.
All that means we have a very jumbled order for Round 15 of the 2014 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship at Croft.
Remember, this is the half way stage of the Championship. Followed by a five week break, plenty of repair time.
Colin Turkington has dominated thus far today. Jack Goff starts on pole, with Fabrizio Giovanardi alongside him. Tom Ingram, Sam Tordoff, Mat Jackson and Andrew Jordan round out the top six.
Cars coming to the grid now.
Green Flag. Lights on. Lights out. Round 15 is GO!
Goff is hit by Ingram
Ingram is off
Giovanardi leads Jordan
Giovanardi hits a bale, Ingram is off and the safety car is out.
What a start!
Looks like Jordan hit Giovanardi
We knew it would be manic. Not that manic though.
Collard and Jackson through the Jim Clark Esses was brave stuff.
Giovanardi is still running. As we saw in the Clio race, Josh Cook hauled his damaged Clio round for the majority of the race before retiring.
Matt Neal smacked Glynn Geddie on lap one.
That may cause an issue for Matt, Glynn pitted with damage.
Safety Car Lights Out
We are back racing!
Jordan leads across the line from Goff and Collard
Turkington is sixth attacking Tordoff.
Collard is really close to Goff
Austin, Neal and Scott are all off at turn one
How did that happen?
Shedden attacking Turkington
Morgan rubs Shedden but cannot get through
The whole field is bunched up, this is tremendous
Neal is in the pits with a battered Honda
The Neal/Scott/Austin incident was somewhat messy
It was Foster who hit Turkington but he was also hit by Aron Smith
3 Champions out, 4 still in
Collard attacking Goff into turn one, but Goff holds the position
Shedden and Tordoff are close and it is starting to rain!
Shedden gets past Tordoff and Collard with Jackson get past Goff
What can Collard do about Jordan?
Collard got past Goff in a questionable fashion
Goff now being attacked by Shedden.
We are just heading on to lap 13
Smith now past Tordoff
Shedden now past Goff
Shedden and Jackson now touch!
Shedden has damage, not having an effect yet though
Shdden now back with Jackson again, this is not over
Jordan and Collard are safe for now, it is the fight for third that is fantastic.
We are on lap 16
Shedden and Jaskson touch, the Honda lucky to stay on the circuit.
Shedden goes through at Hawthorns
Now Jackson must defend from Goff
Onto the last lap
Jordan takes the win and Collard takes a second place
Shedden takes third, Jackson fourth and Morgan just gets Goff by a thousandth of a second at the line
Utterly breathless final race, Turkington will retain the series lead. This fight is not over.
Turkington only leads by five points from Shedden
So. The BTCC is back in five weeks at Snetterton. It has been a fantasic days racing, a double victory for Turkington followed by a stunning final race and a win for Jordan
Typical BTCC day at Croft, fabulous in other words.
Bye for today though. Race report will go live later this evening.
