Sheldon Creed flies to first SST win of the season at Clipsal 500

1 Mins read

Sheldon Creed made up for lost ground in the second race of the 2015 SPEED Energy Formula Off-Road Presented by Traxxas Stadium Super Trucks (SST) at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide by taking victory by just the length of a truck to series head-honcho Robby Gordon.

The first race of the season saw Creed tangle with team-mate Keegan Kincaid, this time he wasn’t going to make the same mistake as he took on nine others in the equal Stadium Super Trucks. Starting from sixth on the grid Creed soon made up for lost ground as he drove a flawless race to hold off Gordon on the final lap.

SST rookie Matt Mingay took another podium finish to add to his third place in the opening race in front of the 80,000 strong spectators.
