Ginetta‘s stand in Birmingham’s NEC for the 2016 Autosport International was flocked by fans who wanted to be amongst the first people to catch a glimpse of the new ground-breaking car that is the Ginetta G57.
Lawrence Tomlinson, Chairman of Ginetta, said: “I am delighted to finally be able to show the G57 to the public and what better place to launch the car than Autosport International! The reception has been fantastic so far, and they haven’t even heard the engine running yet!
“The team in Leeds have worked incredibly hard to develop this car and we can’t wait to show you what it’s made of throughout 2016.”
The G57 is one of the fastest track day cars on the market and offers the opportunity to get on track for less than £200,000. Weighing in at under 900kgs, this ultimate track day toy is powered by a Chevrolet-sourced Ls3 6.3-litre V8 engine.
For those at Autosport International, you can experience life in the cockpit of one of Ginetta’s top track day machines as Ginetta are offering high-intensity passenger rides aboard one of the cars – the G40.
Ginetta drivers – which include 2014 Ginetta Junior Champion Jack Mitchell, karting star Luca Hirst and British Rallycross stars Ashley and Russ Simpson – will pilot the G40s around a custom built indoor track.
