Robertson Back For More In Ginetta GT4 Supercup

1 Mins read

Fraser Robertson will compete in the Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup this season, once again racing as a privateer entrant in the AM class.

The 52 year old finished third in class last season with eleven podium finishes, including a long-awaited maiden class win at Rockingham in September.

Robertson made his Supercup debut in 2014, competing in three events across the season as he became the last ever driver to race a Ginetta G50 in the championship.

“I can’t wait to get back out on track next year. I had great fun in the Supercup last season, and now I’ve got that first win, I want more!” said Robertson.

“The AM class was made up of a great bunch of drivers last year who are all there to have fun whilst enjoying some competitive racing, and I am sure we are all going to have a great time in 2016!”

Ginetta Championships Manager Ashley Gallagher added: “We are delighted to have Fraser back in 2016. He is a great person to have around the paddock and has the perfect positive attitude to the weekends, and that’s reflected in the amount of times he was on the podium last season.”
