Buemi announced as Rebellion Timepieces Brand Ambassador

Rebellion Timepieces have announced that Sebastien Buemi as a Brand Ambassador as they reveal their long-term commitment to motorsport.

The Swiss driver will now race with the Rebellion Timepieces logo on his overalls as well as on his helmet during the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship season.

“We are delighted to have Sebastien Buemi as a representative of Rebellion Timepieces,” said Philippe Dubois, the CEO of Rebellion Timepieces.

“Sharing the same values of commitment, performance and perseverance, Sebastien, is an ideal fit with us. I am looking forward to an exciting association with him.”

Buemi was part of the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship winning Toyota Racing squad and will return to the team for a fourth full-season in 2016 alongside Anthony Davidson and Kazuki Nakajima, and also races in the FIA Formula E championship for the Renault e.DAMS outfit alongside Nicolas Prost.

“I am really happy to represent Rebellion Timepieces as an ambassador in the FIA WEC championship,” said Buemi. “As a Swiss driver it is an honor to become part of the Rebellion family.

“Rebellion and I share the passion for Motorsport and I am sure it will be a perfect fit. I am really looking forward to wear the Rebellion watch on and off track!”

Rebellion Timepieces themselves are the primary sponsors of the Rebellion Racing team, which continues in the World Endurance Championship with a two-car assault, while also partnering Manor Racing in Formula 1 and Thiriet by TDS Racing in the European Le Mans Series.
