1 Mins read

Ginetta are set to enter at least five G57 prototypes into the new-for-2017 24H Proto Series season opener in support of the Hankook 24 Hours of Dubai.

The new series will be open to LMP3 and CN class machinery, bringing prototypes into the Creventic-run package of championships for the first time.

The opening rounds of the championship has been confirmed as a triple header of three-hour races around the Dubai Autodrome circuit over the weekend of 10/11 January 2017.

While the remainder of the calendar is yet to be announced, there are plans for other 12H endurance race(s) to take place in Europe later in the year.

In its inaugural season of competition, the Ginetta G57 has competed across Europe in the VdeV Championship, as well as in the UK in the Britcar Dunlop Prototype Series.
