Marc Carol To Race In Valencia

1 Mins read

Spaniard Marc Carol will make his return to the World Touring Car Championship at the next round in Valencia.

Carol previously made a one-off appearance in the series' inaugural year in 2005, also at Valencia. There he raced for SEAT Sport as a prize for winning the Spanish SEAT Leon Supercopa in the previous year.

Carol won the Supercopa again in 2009, and so will compete at Valencia in a petrol-engined SEAT Leon under the banner of 'SEAT Customers Technology', the same name that SEAT have entered the manufacturers' championship under in 2010. It is likely that his car will be run by the SUNRED organisation that runs most of the other SEATs in the series.
