So the news is finally revealed! For 2012 I have signed to race for Century Motorsport in British GT this season. I will share the drive with current Welsh Sports Car Champion Dominic Evans in his Ginetta G50 in the GT4 class. Coming from a totally front wheel drive background in car racing it's a big step for me but I'm really looking forward to taking up the new challenge!

It has been a bit up in the air over the past few months as we have been awaiting sponsorship finalisation and I am happy to announce my partnerships with CAPmedia and returning support from Supagard, both of which I am excited to be a part of working with. I am still seeking further sponsorship to enable me to test more and become more competitive throughout the season but I am looking forward to being out on track a few times in the next few weeks and then the British GT Media day on the 21st March.

Team manager Nathan Freke commented “We did a test with Zoe at Oulton Park in terrible conditions and she handled it very well. Considering her lack of experience in anything rear wheel drive she took it all in her stride and once she was comfortable in the car she turned in some really good lap times. She is a great addition to the team.”

I am also honoured to have been awarded the 'Chairman's Cup' by the British Women's Racing Drivers Club at the 50th presentation lunch in the BRDC suite at Silverstone. After being a member of the club for 8 years this award really means a lot to me as it shows recognition by the committee and chairman throughout my many seasons racing, especially last year. The club have done a lot for me by providing me with connections and opportunities which I am extremely grateful for and hope for many more years to come with the club's support.

My first round is at Oulton Park at Easter and I hope to see some of you at the rounds throughout the year to support me on my new path.
