Rally Star Ingram Wins 2012 RSF MSA Young Driver Award

1 Mins read

MSA British Rally Championship star Chris Ingram has become the first rally driver to win the annual RSF MSA Young Driver of the Year award.

Ingram was the only rally driver in the final shortlist for the award, which is presented to a member of the MSA Academy scheme in collaboration with the Racing Steps Foundation.

The 18 year old overcame a number of circuit racers during a shootout on the simulator at Lets Race in Surrey to win the award.

2012 saw the former British Junior Rally Champion compete in the BRC and RenaultSport Trophy in a Twingo R2, securing a top ten finish on the Jim Clark International Rally.
