The 2013 World Touring Car Championship season starts at Monza later this month with two dates on the calendar still to be announced.
The FIA confirmed a new version of the schedule after the meeting of the World Motor Sport Council in Geneva. It features two events ‘TBA’ between the last European round in Porto on 30 June and the United States weekend on 8 September.
The slot for Curitiba in Brazil originally slated for 28 July has been removed, but the two TBA races would bring the schedule up to 13 events for the first time.
