The Campos Racing team will field four cars during the 2015 EuroFormula Open Championship, after signing young Kuwaiti driver Ahmad Al Ghanem.
Al Ghanem joins the already confirmed Konstantin Tereschenko, Henrique Baptista and Diego Menchaca in an increased line-up in the series, having run three cars in 2014.
Despite having no prior experience of the F312 chassis after missing all of the pre-season testing and winter series running, Campos Racing are expecting the young Arab driver to learn quickly and become a frontrunner in the series sooner rather than later.
Al Ghanem steps up from finishing second in the Formula Gulf 1000 in 2014, where he won five races.
The 2015 EuroFormula Open Championship begins this weekend at the Circuito de Jerez in Spain, with three free practice sessions on Friday, before races on both Saturday and Sunday, both of which have their own qualifying session on the respective mornings.
