Carrera Cup Asia announces visit to Tilke designed Thailand circuit

1 Mins read

Porsche Carrera Cup Asia organisers have announced that the series will be returning to Thailand to make its debut on the Chang International Circuit for Rounds 7 & 8 of the 2015 series.

The 4.5km Hermann Tilke designed circuit will play host to the one-make series from 31 July to 2 August after a 10-year-absence in Thailand.

Bira Circuit last played host for Thailand when the series visited in 2005 for the second and third race of the season.

Having already hosted a round of the World Superbike Championship and the Japan Super GT series, along with numerous domestic races, the FIA Grade 1 circuit is slowly building a portfolio of events.
