Tilley Set For Supercup AM Class Title Push In 2017

1 Mins read

Grahame Tilley will mount an AM Class title challenge in the Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup this season with his own team, Tecserv UK.

The 65 year old joined the championship for the first time last year, joining the BTCC support series following spells in Caterham and Radical racing.

Tilley had previously made a name for himself in Formula Ford competition during the late 1970’s, before taking a long break from the sport.

The businessman notched eleven AM Class podium finishes across the 2016 campaign, including a win at Donington Park, on his way to a top three points finish.

“The Supercup is an excellent championship to be a part of and I’m really looking forward to getting back on circuit and mounting my campaign to take the AM class title,” said Tilley.

“I’m going to prepare the car myself this year, with a little help from Alan Mugglestone during the week, so hopefully between us we can be on the pace from the get-go.”
