Team Penske’s Will Power has won the 2018 Indianapolis 500 after a late-fuel strategy gamble from other drivers threatened to take the win away. Power took his first win in the famous race, driving his #12 Verizon Chevrolet.

Tony Kanaan has finished the final Indy 500 practice session as the fastest driver. The A.J. Foyt Racing driver was 2-mph clear of his nearest rival Scott Dixon, with Kanaan setting a 227-mph average lap.
Sage Karam ended the penultimate day of Verizon IndyCar Series Indianapolis 500 practice as the fastest driver in the #24 Dreyer & Reinbold Racing Chevrolet. Robert Wickens’ day was cut short after the Canadian crashed his #6 Honda.
Graham Rahal has finished as the fastest drive on the third day of Verizon IndyCar Series Indy 500 practice. The driver of the #15 Honda set a 226.047-mph lap in yesterday’s session. Tony Kanaan was second fastest.
