Rebellion Racing took their second victory of the 2019/20 FIA World Endurance Championship, whilst United Autosports took back-to-back LMP2 victories. Aston Martin Racing and TF Sport both brought the British manufacturer back their third victory this season in class.
Toyota Gazoo Racing continued their clean sweep at Fuji Speedway, taking an LMP1 one-two. AF Corse were hot on the tail of Porsche GT Team, missing out on taking pole from the German team by 0.039 seconds.
It had looked like G-Drive Racing were on their way to securing class victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but a wiring failure in the starter motor saw FIA World Endurance Championship class champions Signatech Alpine take the win.
After racing in LMP3 and LMP2 in continental Le Mans series, Untied Autosports have confirmed they will move up to the LMP2 FIA World Endurance Championship class for the 2019/20 season.
United Autosports were victorious in the Four Hours of Portimao on Sunday, while LMP3 and LMGTE championships were decided in favour of the #15 RLR MSport and #88 Proton Competition squads respectively.
