After a record breaking 2011 event this yearâ€™s Silverstone Classic powered by the AA is set to once more be a huge event in the British motorsport year, the three day event bringing together packed grids of cars representing the last 60 years of several racing disciplines including Touring cars, F1 and Group C sportscars.
Silverstone Classic powered by the AA is the worldâ€™s largest racing festival, taking over the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit for three days. As well as the 7,000 cars from car clubs on static display on the infield, to the interactive motoring attractions on offer at AA World on the Stowe Circuit and the race cars waiting their turn on track there is the racing on offer throughout the three days.
Already including the evocative Group C sportscars and the DFV engine dominated Formula One cars of the 1970s and 80s two additions to the program for this summerâ€™s Silverstone Classic powered by the AA will bring more iconic race cars to the worldâ€™s biggest historic motorsport festival.
