1 Mins read

Reigning world champion Gabriele Tarquini topped the time sheets in the final practice session ahead of the first WTCC qualifying sessions of 2010 at Curitiba.

Tarquini set the fastest time of 1m24.664s beating local hero Augusto Farfus to top time after the Brazilian had dominated the previous practice and yesterday’s test.

Farfus and Priaulx lead the best of the rest ahead of the three Chevrolet’s of Muller, Huff and Menu.

Tom Coronel lead three Seat’s with Gene and Monteiro rounding out the top nine.

Franz Engstler finished the session an overall tenth place as he lead the Independent teams.

WTCC debutant Harry Vaulkhard only managed a handful of laps with the team working hard to fix the car after a heavy crash in the first practice session.
