Sibling duo George and Tom Gamble will both race with JHR Developments this season as they contest the Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup and Ginetta Junior Championship respectively.

George’s entry to the Supercup continues a prolonged progression up the Ginetta ladder, having been a race-winner in the Junior series back in 2011.

The Nottingham racer would then go on to secure title success in the Ginetta GT5 Challenge in 2014, though he has not raced competitively since.

“After a two-year absence from the track, it’s time to blow the cobwebs away!” said George.

“I’ve settled in really well to life with JHR. It’s great to be part of such a professional and welcoming environment, and whilst by no means underestimating the task ahead, I’m sure that together, we can bring home plenty of silverware in 2017.”

Tom meanwhile made his car-racing debut in the Ginetta Juniors last year, producing a sensational start with a fifth place finish in the season opener.

He would go on to secure nine overall top ten finishes in fourteen races before a premature end to his season, though he did return to action in November’s Winter Series.

“I’m really looking forward to returning to Ginetta Juniors. It was a bit of a toe-in-the-water exercise in 2016, and for my first season out of karts, I think I acquitted myself pretty well,” he commented.

“My aim is to build upon that over the coming months and challenge consistently towards the front of the field – and I have no doubt that JHR will give me the tools to do just that.”

George is JHR’s second signing for the Supercup alongside Seb Perez, while Tom completes a mammoth six car entry into the Juniors from the former series champions.
