Motorzone confirm Superstars line up

Motorzone Race Car has confirmed their full line up for the 2010 Superstars Series.

Joining former Formula One ace Johnny Herbert and former international rally ace Nicola Caldarola at Motorzone, the team led by Fabrizio Artetta is former single seater racer Filippo Zadotti.

Rome based Zadotti will pilot one of the teams Chevrolet Lumina CR-8's at the opening round of the 2010 Championship at the high speed Monza facility, close to Milan.

Zadotti, who had his first race in a go kart in 1994, spent the early days of his career in single seat racing, in Formula Renault, Formula 3 and Formula Nissan before making the switch to Sportscar racing in 2001.

After the switch, Zadotti had worked his way up the GT and Touring Car ladders, and had made it into the European FIA GT3 Championship.

“The goal of Motorzone Race car – told Fabrizio Armetta is to invest on a young driver like Filippo Zadotti, giving him the chance to express his high potential. We’ll work together to hit some positive results through the 2010 season”
