Andre Couto will again compete in his home round of the World Touring Car Championship at Macau with the Sunred team.
It will be the third year in succession that Couto has driven for the Spanish squad. This year he will drive one of their new Leon 1.6T cars.
Couto, who won the Macau Grand Prix in 2000, has entered the Guia race every year since being part of the WTCC in 2005. His best result came for SEAT Sport in 2006 when he finished seventh in the second of the races. He has also previously entered with Alfa Romeos and Hondas run by N.technology.
Last year his appearance with Sunred only lasted as far as the first corner of the first race when he collided with Andy Priaulx.
