Morris To Make European Race Debut At Spa

1 Mins read

Seb Morris will make his European race debut next month as he competes in the final rounds of the 2012 Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup (NEC) at Spa Francorchamps.

Morris, who has taken three wins in his first year of single-seater racing in the Protyre Formula Renault BARC Championship, will compete at the legendary Belgian circuit with the Fortec Motorsport team who have run him in BARC.

It will be the 16 year old’s first race meeting in the latest Barazi-Epsilon model of Formula Renault, having competed in the older Tatuus chassis in BARC.

“I’m relishing the challenge of racing against some top competition”, said Seb, “With about 45 cars on the grid it’s going to be a great experience and a really great weekend – I can’t wait. It’s great to be driving with Fortec as well, we’ve built a really good relationship this year in BARC Renault.”
