EuroFormula Open Championship leader Artur Janosz was fastest around Jerez in practice ahead of this weekend’s third round of the season. The RP Motorsport driver set a best time of 1:38.525s in the first of the three sessions of the day, and was 0.099s faster than Russian Konstantin Tereschenko of Campos Racing.
Two more RP Motorsport drivers were third and fourth with Andres Saravia ahead of Sandy Stuvik, while fifth and sixth were taken by Team West-Tec F3 drivers Cameron Twynham and Yarin Stern.
Campos Racing’s Alex Palou, winner of the opening round of the season at the Nurburgring was seventh fastest ahead of Wei Fung Thong of Team West-Tec F3, John Simonyan of RP Motorsport and Nicholas Pohler of Team West-Tec F3.
Qualifying for race one will take place on Saturday morning, with the race to follow later that afternoon.
