French F4 to visit Hungaroring, Navarra in 2015

1 Mins read

The fifth season of the French F4 championship will see the series race at the Hungaroring in Hungary and Navarra in Spain in 2015.

After racing just the once outside France in 2014, when French F4 supported World Series by Renault at the Circuito de Jerez, they will compete twice abroad in 2015, with the series once again supporting the World Series by Renault but at the Hungaroring, while the series will support the GT Tour at the Spanish circuit of Navarra.

Along with Jerez, off the 2015 seven-event, twenty-one-race schedule have gone Val de Vienne and Nogaro, with a trip to Ledenon, the only anti-clockwise circuit in France becoming the opening event of the season in April.

The French F4 schedule then moves on to the Bugatti layout of the Le Mans circuit in May, before returning to the historic Pau circuit two weeks later. The Hungaroring follows in June before the mid-season break, before trips to Magny Cours in August and Navarra in September.

The season concludes back in France at the Paul Ricard circuit at the end of October.

Lasse Sorensen was the 2014 French F4 Champion, having won eight of the twenty-one races, ahead of Dorian Boccolacci and Felix Hirsiger.
