New Additions To The Performance Car Show

Visitors to next month’s Performance Car Show at Birmingham’s NEC will have the opportunity to see a selection of this years What Car? Car of the year award winners.

The annual What Car? Car of the Year Awards will be held on Wednesday 7 January, the day before the Performance Car Show opens for trade days.

The What Car? Car of the Year Awards celebrates the best the motoring industry has to offer and this year will be no different with a selection of the category winners being displayed in a special showcase.

A selection of the winners will also be displayed in a special showcase inside the 5,000 seater Live Action Arena.

Performance Car Show Director, Ian France is very happy to have some of the What Car? winners on show.

The What Car? Car of the Year Awards is the most prestigious car award ceremony in the UK. They are the prize every car manufacturer wants to pick up.

Each year, the winners are vehicles that have raised the bar in their respective sector,” said France. “We’re excited about having a selection of newly-crowned models within the Performance Car Show for enthusiasts to see for themselves.

In addition to the What Car? Car of the Year Awards, event partners will have an exclusive collection of cars to be parked outside the new Pie and Piston Pub by

Inside the Pie and Piston Pub people attending the show will be able to enjoy a bite to eat and sink a pint with the team.

The new Pie and Piston Pub by is another exciting addition to the show,” said Ian France. “It will provide a platform a unique ‘local’ within the NEC to catch up with the team and get their distinctive take on the motoring world.

Many displays will be returning for the show as well. The popular Autocar Supercar Display will return with the Lambourghini Huracán, Ferrari 458 Speciale, BMW i8 and the Vühl 05.

Tickets for the Performance Car Show are available from £32 for Adults and from £21 for Children. Under fives go free.
