Supercup Returns To Thruxton As Ginetta Confirm 2019 TOCA Calendars

1 Mins read

Ginetta have released the 2019 calendars for their two BTCC support series, with the Juniors and GT4 Supercup once again being contested over ten and eight weekends respectively.

While there is no change for the Juniors, with a 26 race calendar taking in all eight circuits available, the GT4 Supercup will make returns to both Thruxton and Knockhill.

The Supercup will head to Thruxton in August, its first visit since 2015, before once again going across the border to Knockhill after skipping the circuit for two seasons.

It’s Snetterton that gets dropped from their calendar, with the Ginetta GT5 Challenge once again filling in both in Norfolk and the opening Thruxton round in May.

Ginetta’s announcement has completed the provisional 2019 TOCA Calendar:

BTCC, Ginetta Juniors and British F4 feature at every round, and they will be joined by:

Brands Indy – Clios, Porsche, Supercup

Donington Park – Clios, Porsche, Supercup

Thruxton – GT5 Challenge

Croft – Clio, Porsche, Supercup

Oulton Park – Clio, Porsche, Supercup

Snetterton – Clio, GT5 Challenge

Thruxton – Clio, Porsche, Supercup

Knockhill – Clio, Supercup

Silverstone – Clio, Porsche, Supercup

Brands GP – Clio, Porsche, Supercup

The Porsche Carrera Cup GB will also race at Catalunya in Barcelona on July 20/21 in support of ELMS.
