Citroen Racing will field the 2021 WRC3 champion Yohan Rossel on the starting line for the WRC2 class in 2023, he will be competing for the French outfit PH Sports which runs the manufacturer’s venture. The 27-year-old Frenchman finished fourth in this year’s WRC2 series for the same team and he is looking to be a favorite for the title chase.
Seven starts await Rossel with the team, He will begin the season with Rallye Monte-Carlo starts with Croatia, Portugal, Italy, Estonia, Chile, and the new Central Europe Rally with Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria as host countries.
The Spaniard Alejandro Cachon Rodriguez is the second man who is ready for the WRC2 start with Citroen, then operated by Sports & You, but there the selected competitions are not presented but it will be a seven-round program. It is also understood Stéphane Lefebvre will continue for DG Sport but he is not yet confirmed.
