Ginetta Challenge Receives Fuchs Lubricants Backing

1 Mins read

Fuch Lubricants have become the new title sponsor for the Ginetta Challenge series. The 'Fuchs Ginetta Challenge' is receiving unprecedented interest ahead of the 2011 season, with 9 teams and 32 cars signed up already for the series that races on the British F3/GT package.

The new sponsorship deal will see the Fuchs Ginetta Challenge logo placed on all of the series' cars and new for 2011 Ginetta Race suits, while it will also be placed on every car in all three championships in the Ginetta stable, the GT Supercup, Challenge and Juniors series.

Stewart Linn, Championship Manager at Ginetta Cars, said: “We are delighted to have a company such as FUCHS invest in Ginetta. With their range of products they have been a fantastic technical partner for the last three years, we look forward to extending our relationship in 2011 with our rebranded FUCHS Ginetta Challenge championship. Ginetta will be busier than ever this year so FUCHS really couldn't have chosen a better time to align themselves with us.”

Russell Kenyon, Sales & Marketing Director of Fuchs Lubricants (UK) Plc, commented: “Our Titan Race high performance range is perfectly suited to the exacting standards required by Ginetta for their high performance cars. As title sponsors of the well-established Ginetta Challenge we will be bringing a proven pedigree in performance lubrication for both track and road applications. In previous seasons our products have proved invaluable to many Ginetta championship winning teams such as last year's G50 champion Frank Wrathall. The racing throughout the many Ginetta championships is always exhilarating proving to be a great spectator sport.”
