Motorsport UK, November 5-6

The inaugural Motorsport UK show continues to receive high-profile backing ahead of the event to be held at the Jaguar Exhibition Hall at Coventry's Ricoh Arena on November 5-6.

Motorsport UK is held in association with Go Motorsport, TrackDriver, Motors TV, Motorsport-Guide and The Checkered Flag.

The show aims to showcase all levels of Britain's national motorsport has gained the support of some of the biggest racing clubs in the UK, as well as several companies that will be familiar to racing fans. These include Ginetta Sportscars, P1 Powerboats and the 750 Motor Club, all of whom will be exhibiting at the event alongside other clubs, manufacturers and suppliers.

“Motorsport UK really has captured the imagination of the industry, and I am delighted that we have secured some of the key players in the national motorsport industry,” said Martin Capenhurst, the show's founder and organiser. “I am also delighted that advanced tickets sales are really starting to take off, and am sure that new and existing competitors will see the event as the perfect opportunity to meet with manufacturers, suppliers and teams as they start their preparations for the 2012 season.”

Frederic Viger, Head of Programming and Acquisitions at Motors TV adds; “We really like the concept, and we are absolutely delighted to support this fantastic event. We are very confident that our media partnership with Motorsport UK will be extremely beneficial.”

The event is intended to be the perfect place for those already established in national racing and those looking to start in club racing, with the two day event providing the chance to meet with representatives of a wide range of businesses and organisations involved in the UK's racing industry to discuss their next steps in motorsport.

Visitors will also be able to see and hear interviews on the Motorsport UK Live Stage, hosted by sports presenter Gemma Scott. A wide range of equipment will also be on show, emcompassing Track Days, kit cars, rally cars and motorcycles.

Tickets are £15 per day, or £30.00 for a family of four (two adults and two children) and are available at www.motorsportshow.co.uk.
