Travis Pastrana has become the latest rider to pull out of an event at X Games 16 due to complications landing the rodeo 720 trick.
Todd Jacobs, Pastrana’s trainer said that he and Pastrana were at the foam pit working to prepare for motorcross freestyle and speed and style.
Before the announcement Pastrana was set to take part in a record five events as he is also due to be taking part in the inaugural SuperRally event.
The motorcross and rally car veteran told press on Monday that he would not pariticipate in the Best Trick event if he couldn’t finish the back flip and 360-degree rotation cleanly.
