On 15 – 17 June MotoGP returns to the UK, as Silverstone hosts the 2012 British Grand Prix. With spectacular action guaranteed, Silverstone has developed a three-day festival for bike fans, packed with on and off track entertainment.
British rider Cal Crutchlow has had a strong start to his second season in MotoGP with Monster Yamaha Tech 3, and will be pushing hard in front of his home crowd. After missing last year's British Grand Prix race due to injury, Cal will be more determined than ever as he goes head-to-head with seasoned MotoGPâ„¢ legends Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi around Silverstone's super-fast Grand Prix Circuit.
With this year's regulation changes bringing a brand new generation of MotoGPâ„¢ bikes to the Northamptonshire track, Brit James Ellison will also be looking for a performance in front of the home fans.
There are plenty of Brits for fans to get behind in the Moto2â„¢ and Moto3â„¢ classes too. The British trio of Scott Reading, Bradley Smith and Gino Rea will be pushing for podiums in Moto2â„¢, while Danny Kent and Danny Webb will be out to impress in Moto3â„¢.
We have teamed up with Silverstone to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of highly sought after Roving Grandstand tickets for all three days of the 2012 British Grand Prix. A runner up will also win a pair of three day general admission tickets.
