1 Mins read

Experienced single-seater squad Enigma Motorsport have confirmed they will enter a single car operation into the upcoming BRDC Formula 4 Winter Championship.

The Bedfordshire team have become an established name in Formula Ford and F3 Cup competition since they were founded in 2008.

The outfit, run by Thomas Farquhar and Linton Stutely, have enjoyed success this season in the F3 Cup, with Henry Chart taking one win and three further podium finishes. They are also former Formula Ford champions, taking Antti Buri to the Finnish title in 2010.

“With our experience we’re confident, with the right driver, we can be at the front in the Winter Championship,” said Team Manager Thomas Farquhar. “We have been closely following the BRDC F4 Championship having been at many of the rounds with the F3 Cup, and it’s quickly become apparent that this is the leading series for young drivers to graduate to from karting. We can’t wait to get racing!”

The 2013 BRDC Formula 4 Winter Series starts with four races at Snetterton 300 on the weekend of 9/10 November, with four more races two weeks later at Brands Hatch Indy on 23/24 November.
