Engima And Wauer Team Up For Winter Series

1 Mins read

BRDC Formula 4 Championship newcomers Enigma Motorsport have confirmed Falco Wauer will race with the squad during the upcoming Winter Championship.

Wauer, who previously raced with Enigma in the 2012 750MC Formula 4 Championship, completed the first five of the eight BRDC F4 race weekends this year with Team KBS.

The American took two podium finishes during the season, at Brands Hatch Indy in May and at Snetterton in June.

With the Winter Championship returning to those two venues this month, the 17 year old is confident of challenging for the title.

“I’m pleased to be rejoining F4,” said Wauer. “I had some good results in the early part of the season and I believe I can challenge at the front again. I know I can do that, and I’m aiming to take the title.”

“It’s great to be working with Falco again, having enjoyed so much success with him in 2012,” added Enigma team manager Tom Farquhar. “He’s a very quick driver who is certain to challenge for the Wnter Championship honours. We can’t wait to get started.”
