UK Clio Cup: The Third-Gen Years

4 Mins read

The Car

The third-generation Clio Cup 197 was introduced to succeed the second-generation 182 model, which was utilised between 2002 and 2006.

The main change to the car during the spell came halfway through 2009, when the facelifted Clio Cup 200 model was introduced. (As seen above)

The car has remained the same by and large since then, with the 200 model still being used into this season – the main difference coming from a change to Dunlop tyres at the start of this season after years using Michelin rubber.
