In BRDC Formula 4, Sisa Ngebulana was penalised after race one, breaking article C1.1.5 in the regulations. This resulted in a 30 second time penalty for the South African from HHC Motorsport
The result drops him from his initial finishing position in sixth to fifteenth place overall. The result means he drops nine points overall and drops two positions in the championship to Zubair Hoque, who retired during the race, as well to Akhil Rabrindra who was promoted to eighth.
The result also means Rabrindra is gifted eighth and reverse grid pole for race 2 this morning. He will lead away Cairen Haggerty and championship contendor, Rodrigo Fonseca.
This will be Rabrindra’s first pole position of the season as he looks to catch up with his rivals infront in the Douglas Motorsport car. The grid for race 3 may already be preditermed with the Snetterton circuit being affected by localised rain during the night and persisting into the morning. This will mean it’s unlikely any driver is likely to improve on their best from yesterday.
