2015 Renault UK Clio Cup: Mid-Season Statistics

With the Renault UK Clio Cup still right in the midst of an extended eight week summer break, we’ve taken a look back at the season so far and crunched the numbers for all the key statistics after the opening ten races of the eighteen race season.

While Ant Whorton-Eales tops the standings, it’s the in-form Ash Hand who comfortably has the most race wins, though he and the championship leader are tied on podium finishes and fastest laps so far.

While Hand has taken half the pole positions on offer so far, it’s his Team Pyro team-mate Ashley Sutton who has the best qualifying average having qualified on the front row eight times, the ‘rookie’ also leading the Graduate Cup in class wins and podium finishes.

Mark Howard heads the leaderboards for the Masters Cup meanwhile, while two storming drives through the field at Croft has moved Whorton-Eales to the top of the standings for most places gained from grid positions.
