Gamble Completes HHC’s 2016 Ginetta Junior Line-Up

1 Mins read

Karting graduate Tom Gamble has been named as HHC Motorsport’s fourth driver for the 2016 Ginetta Junior Championship as he follows in his brother’s footsteps.

Tom’s older brother George Gamble finished third in the Junior Championship in 2011, before going on to win the GT5 Challenge in 2014.

Now Tom is looking to replicate his success following a successful karting career that included him winning the Kartmasters British Grand Prix in 2013.

“I’m really looking forward to making the step up to car racing,” said Gamble.

“I’ve had a great start to my motor racing career in karts, and the move into the Ginetta Junior Championship with HHC Motorsport is ideal for progressing my motor racing career whilst I still keep a hand in with the karting.”

Gamble is the only Rookie in HHC’s 2016 entry, joining second year drivers Lewis Brown, Will Tregurtha and Charlie Fagg.

“We are delighted to have Tom joining the HHC Ginetta Junior Team,” added HHC team boss Charlie Kemp.

“Tom has serious karting pedigree and has already shown great pace in testing, with a fantastic ability to learn and apply new skills, so it will be great to watch his progress this season.”
