Bradley Burns was the class of the field in Renault UK Clio Cup qualifying at Silverstone as he blitzed the competition to take pole position for both race one on Saturday and race two on Sunday.
Burns heads the current top three of the drivers championship who also qualified in the same position for both races this weekend.
Blistering in practice, Paul Rivett will line up second ahead of championship leader Max Coates in third and in turn ahead of title outsider James Dorlin in fourth.
Dan Zelos impressed with fifth place for both races whilst Jack Young and Michael Epps kept up this journalist dream by qualifying in sixth and seventh respectively for both races.
Lee Pattison qualified in eighth for race one whilst Aaron Thompson took a great ninth place. These positions will be reversed for race two.
Jack McCarthy will round out the top ten for both races.
With confirmation of a late drive this weekend, Jade Edwards qualified in twelfth for race one with her second fastest time enough for fourteenth.
Former championship outsider Daniel Rowbottom could only manage lowly positions of sixteenth and fifteenth respectively.
