Since 2003, the Daytona Prototype has been the go-to package for sportscar teams in North America.

Its impressive resume includes 12 victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona, as well as titles in all three of the merged IMSA Sportscar Championships to date.

The car has run under three different guises during its tenure, attracting manufacturer programs from the likes of Riley, Dallara, Crawford, Corvette and more.

In this video, a number of stalwart Daytona Prototype drivers reflect on their time with the car, which has become a symbol of American sportscar racing’s modern era.
