Lola gears up for Le Mans 24 Hours

1 Mins read

Lola will feature prominently on the grid of the Le Mans 24 Hours this year as it was announced a total of nine Huntingdon built cars will be present.

Along with the 24 Hour entries a further five will take part in the Le Mans Series which kicks off at Paul Ricard on April 10.

With seven entries in the LMP class and two in the LMP2 class Lola beats it’s previous record of eight combined entries in 2008 and will be the most represented constructor on the grid.

“We are delighted that Lola is once again the most represented constructor in the LMP field. To have almost a third of the entry is a real endorsement of the Lola LMP product,” said Lola Executive Chairman, Martin Birrane.

“The ACO have again provided an exceptional entry list for what I personally consider the worlds greatest race. I would like to wish all our customers the very best of luck for this years campaign.”
