The provisional entry list for this year’s prestigious Formula 3 Macau GP has been published this morning, and features another strong selection of entrants from several premier single-seater categories across the globe.
The annual event, which is set to take place on 20th November, will see no less than 6 open-wheel champions go toe-to-toe on the famous streets of downtown Macau, with Roberto Merhi, Felipe Nasr, Valtteri Bottas, Richie Stanway and 2009 German F3 champion Laurens Vanthoor all confirmed to race – 2007 British F3 champion Marko Asmer will also return as the Estonian champion looks to reboot his racing career.
Another notable names include GP3’s Alexander Sims and Mitch Evans, as well as Carlos Sainz Jr. who has impressed in his debut Formula Renault 2.0 season.
