Fifteen of the twenty-nine car entry list for the European Le Mans Series are set to take part in a two-day test at the 5.7km Paul Ricard circuit next week (26/27 March).
Seven LMP2 cars head to the south of France including reigning champions Thiriet by TDS Racing ORECA Nissan and the newly announced Signatech Alpine ORECA. Boutsen Ginion Racing who recently confirmed their driver line up, will also be fielding their ORECA’s along with Race Performance. Jota Sport bring their Zytek-Nissan along with DKR Engineering in their Lola Judd and Morand Racing with their Morgan Judd.
Team Endurance Challenge bring their three ORECA 09 LMPC cars joined by Algarve Pro Racing Team who recently announced a full-season schedule with their ORECA 10.
The LMGTE action comes from three Ferrari’s and a single Porsche with Ram Racing, Kessel Racing and IMSA Performane Matmut taking part.
While five cars are entered for the full season in the GTC class there will be none at the test due to pre-season preparation still ongoing or private testing elsewhere.
