Dan Norris-Jones has committed to his first full season in the Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup in the G50 class.
Norris-Jones made a one-off appearance in the class during last season’s final rounds at Brands Hatch, picking up a second place podium finish in a wet final race.
Dan’s G50 will be prepared and run by GT4 Motorsport, with Jamie Stanley, 2010 British GT champion in a Ginetta G50, acting as team manager and driver coach. It will be run under the Priocept Racing banner, thanks to backing from internet consulting firm Priocept.
“We enjoyed the competitive racing and general race weekend atmosphere when we competed in Ginetta Supercup at Brands Hatch last year, so decided to put together a campaign for the full championship in 2013,” said Norris-Jones.
“Brands Hatch last October was our first competitive drive in a Ginetta but our pace was quite good, in very tricky conditions, so a challenge for the G50 championship has to be the objective for 2013.”
